Rick Shefka is a seasoned operational leader with over 15 years of experience in construction, logistics, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Vortex Companies, they bring extensive expertise in managing lean operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Rick held executive roles, including Vice President of Operations at Advanced Plumbing Technology, where they launched multimillion-dollar departments and significantly reduced costs. As the CEO of Dynamic Transport Solutions, they grew the company from $200K to over $4M in annual revenue, establishing a robust client base that included multibillion-dollar companies. Rick is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain Management at East Carolina University.
