During their tenure at Heil Environmental (A Dover Company), Randy held the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, overseeing strategy, sales, marketing, and customer service for the premium Heil brand of refuse collection vehicles.

Randy also gained global experience at Kennametal Inc., where they held multiple roles including Managing Director, Director of Global Marketing & Business Strategy, Director of Global Strategic Pricing, Director of Global Industry Segment Management, and Director of Global Advertising & MarCom. In these roles, Randy was responsible for business unit management, strategy development, brand management, and global marketing.

Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated expertise in marketing, business development, strategy development, brand management, and sales.

Randy R. Brown pursued their education in technology and management. Randy R. earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Randy then went on to attend Kent State University's Graduate School of Management, specializing in Strategic Management. Randy R. completed their graduate studies from 1990 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Randy R. Brown has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Some of these certifications include Executive Leadership Development from Berwind Corporation in May 2019, Dover Executive Leadership & Leverage Academy (DELLA) from Dover Corporation in May 2009, and Lean Greenbelt from Kennametal in May 2007.
