Martins Stirans

Martins Stirans is a seasoned professional in the energy and electric vehicle sectors, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Kempower since December 2023, focusing on scalable EV charging solutions. As a Board Member for Latvijas Elektroauto biedrība, Martins advocates for electric vehicle adoption in Latvia. Co-founding Vortex Oil Engineering in 2014, Martins has been instrumental in developing innovative, eco-friendly technologies for oil recovery. Previously, Martins led the development of the "Ignitis ON" EV charging network in Latvia from December 2021 to June 2023 and served as CEO of BioilBaltik from March 2019 to November 2021. Martins also held significant roles in the Latvian Fuel Traders Association between April 2011 and March 2018, enhancing communication and public relations skills. Early career experience includes logistics management at Mažeiku Nafta Trading House and managerial positions at Vudisona Terminals. Martins holds a Master of Science in Management from Latvian University, completed in 2006.
