Edward Kenrick

Edward (Eddie) Kenrick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) management and risk assessment. Currently serving as the Director of Legal and Risk Management at Vortex Optics since November 2015, Eddie has progressively held roles including Legal Division Manager and Intellectual Property and Contract Manager, focusing on aligning IP strategies with business development goals. Prior to Vortex, Eddie worked at Johnson Creek Enterprises as the Intellectual Property and Compliance Manager, overseeing domestic and international patent and trademark portfolios. Eddie's legal career also includes positions at notable law firms such as Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and Husch Blackwell, managing IP portfolios for a range of clients. Educational credentials include a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UMass Boston.
