RT Custer began their professional career in 2003 as the Operations Manager of their family's business, DeLong Christmas Tree Farm. In 2009, they started their studies at Penn State University. In 2010, RT Custer was recruited by College Works Painting Pennsylvania, where they served as a Branch Operator. During their freshman year, they were responsible for assembling a marketing team and managing 46 different jobs. In 2012, RT Custer worked as a Process Engineering Intern for Procter and Gamble at their manufacturing plant in Mehoopany, PA. In 2013, they were hired as a Logistics Engineer at Walmart, where they were responsible for a project portfolio worth over $20 million in capital improvement. That same year, they also co-founded the Vortic Watch Company, where they served as Co-Founder and CEO. In 2019, they co-hosted the video podcast show "Products Worth Talking About". In 2020, they founded Social Stick USA. In 2021, RT Custer was hired as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Carter & Custer, a full service advertising agency.
RT Custer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014, having started their studies in 2009.
