David E. Finck

David Finck is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction litigation, employment and non-compete disputes, and various types of insurance coverage litigation. Currently a partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP since January 2015, David previously served as a partner on the management committee at Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Oathout, LLP from 2002 to 2015. David's earlier career includes positions at Weil Gotshal and Manges as an attorney focusing on commercial and product liability litigation for General Motors and as a briefing attorney for the Texas Supreme Court. David holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
