Matthew Przywara

Matthew Przywara is an Associate in the Litigation Group at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP since September 2023. Previously, Matthew served as an Associate in the Business Litigation Section at The Lanier Law Firm from October 2019 to September 2023, and held positions as a Law Clerk in the same section. Earlier experiences include a Law Clerk role at The Cohen Law Group providing legal research, trial preparation, and document review, as well as a Law Clerk position at Halström Law Offices, where case screening and drafting legal documents were key responsibilities. Matthew also interned as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office focusing on legal research and trial support. Prior to law, Matthew worked as a Retention Consultant and Sales Representative at Yodle. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut.
