Customer Experience & Insights Director at VOSKER

Sabrina Tremblay, M.Sc. has extensive experience in customer experience and insights. Sabrina is currently the Customer Experience & Insights Director at Vosker, where they focus on building new products, optimizing the current offering, and enhancing the digital experience based on customer insights and feedback. Sabrina also advises the company's upper management team and brings a client-oriented approach to strategic decision-making.

Prior to their role at Vosker, Sabrina held the position of Customer Experience Director at SPYPOINT. Sabrina was responsible for improving the overall customer experience.

Sabrina also has experience at C2 International, where they served as the Director of Operations - CX and later as the Customer Experience Manager. In these positions, they played a strategic role in aligning participants' needs with their experiences at C2 events. Sabrina also worked as a Customer Experience Team Leader, where they focused on creating and optimizing the client experience for major partners.

Additionally, Sabrina has worked as an Insight Manager and Organizational Ethnographer at Perrier Jablonski, where they planned and built the organizational ethnography department and conducted qualitative research for various clients.

Sabrina also has experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at HEC Montréal and as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Altitude C. Sabrina began their career as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Republik Communications + Design and later as a Corporate Marketing Coordinator at ERA Group.

Sabrina Tremblay, M.Sc. completed a Master's degree in management (marketing) at HEC Montréal from 2015 to 2017. Their field of study during their Master's program was Marketing Management. In 2016, they also attended the Creativity and Innovation Management Summer School, where they received over 100 hours of training in creativity and innovation management in business. Prior to their Master's degree, Sabrina obtained a Bachelor's degree from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2011 to 2014. Their field of study during their Bachelor's program was Communications and Public Relations. Additionally, Sabrina received the CXPA Professional Member certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in October 2022.
