Jens van Laak

Jens van Laak has extensive work experience in the railway industry. Jens currently holds the role of Director Sales and Rental at Vossloh Rolling Stock since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Railistics GmbH from April 2021 to May 2021. From 2017 to January 2021, Jens served as Geschäftsführer at Northrail GmbH, where they played a crucial role in establishing the company as Europe's leading shunting loco rental company. Before that, they worked at BOMBARDIER as a Sales Manager from July 2011 to September 2017. Jens also held various positions at DB Cargo AG, including Leiter Freight Wagon Policy, Teamleiter Preispolitik, Referent Vertriebspolitik, and Projektleiter. Jens van Laak brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills to their current role.

Jens van Laak attended the University of Münster from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann. During their time at the University, they focused on B2B Marketing and International Management. In 1999, Jens van Laak also briefly studied at HEC Liège, specializing in International Marketing.
