Ekaterina Filonova

Ekaterina Filonova started their work experience in 2014 at Milestone Development, where they held a role as an HR-generalist, specifically as the head of the personnel department. Ekaterina worked in this position until June 2016, when they transitioned to become the Head of the HR Department at Vostock Capital UK, where they continue to work presently.

Ekaterina Filonova attended South Ural State University (SUSU) from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Personnel Management. During the same period, they also earned another Specialist degree in Translation in the sphere of Professional Communications (English language) from SUSU. In December 2011, Ekaterina obtained a certification in Training Trainers: Intensive from the Institute for Training and Qualification Enhancement of Business Trainers "Professional".
