Emily Polak is an accomplished leader in health advocacy with extensive experience in coalition building and program management. Currently serving as Vice President of Partnerships and Coalition Building at Vot-ER since April 2023, Polak previously spent over a decade at Community Catalyst, where roles included Director of the State & Community Health Advocacy Program, overseeing a $9.48 million annual budget and leading multiple grant-funded initiatives aimed at enhancing Medicaid access and health equity. Additional past positions include Deputy Director at NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia, Regional Field Director for Obama for America, and Services Administrator at BRIDGE Housing. Polak holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
