Jessica Hulett

Jessica Hulett has spent the entirety of her professional career in the field of civic engagement and voter education efforts, specifically focusing on outreach to under-represented youth minority communities. Prior to joining VoteRiders, Jessica was the South Houston Advocacy and Field Organizer at Texas Rising. She previously worked for the University of Houston’s Student Government Association, serving as the Director of External Affairs for three administrations, during which she registered more than 1,000 students to vote. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, specializing in public policy and advocacy, from the University of Houston, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy degree at her alma mater’s Hobby School of Public Affairs.
