Felix Mendez

Felix Mendez is a seasoned production manager with extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving at Votorantim Cimentos since January 2023.

Prior to this role, Felix held production management positions at Holcim from August 2019 to January 2022 and at Cementos Argos from October 2011 to August 2019, where responsibilities included ensuring safety and environmental compliance, optimizing production processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. Additional experience includes roles in operations management at Alubat Alflon and as a production engineer at Holcim, where optimization of production and quality standards were key focuses. Felix holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, obtained in March 2001.
