Miguel Hernandez Arrese

Miguel Hernandez Arrese is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, sales management, and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as Regional General Manager for Votorantim Cimentos in the ready-mix division for both the East region and the GTA, Miguel is responsible for operational efficiency, safety, and P&L management. Previously, Miguel held various managerial roles at Holcim México, overseeing infrastructure projects and ready-mix business units, as well as coordinating quality and environmental programs. Miguel's career began at GE Prolec and DENSO MEXICO, focusing on environmental management, complemented by a solid academic foundation in Environmental Engineering and Business Management from esteemed institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey and IPADE Business School.
