Rafael Larratea possesses extensive experience in sales and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Gerente de vendas para grandes contas at Auren Energia since May 2025, Rafael previously held key roles at Mottu, including City Manager and Manager de Expansao, where responsibilities included branch expansion and the development of customer acquisition strategies. At Oi S.A, Rafael managed operations for both B2C and B2B segments as Gerente territorial, while earlier positions included Gerente de loja at Oi Paggo, focused on commercial operations, and Gestor de Escola at Yázigi, overseeing educational and operational planning.
