Cloves Carvalho

Cloves Carvalho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial operations and executive management. Currently serving as an Executive Director at Instituto Votorantim since April 2013 and a voluntary member of the Conselho Diretor at Fundação Gorceix since February 2010, Cloves has held various key positions in Votorantim Metais from 2008 to 2013, including roles such as Director of Industrial Operations and Director of Human Development and Management. Prior to that, Cloves held leadership roles at Novelis and Alcan/Novelis, and accumulated valuable experience at ALCAN in multiple capacities over 14 years. Cloves is a graduate of Escola De Minas, holding a degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
