Diego Mantovani

Diego Mantovani is an experienced legal professional with significant expertise in strategic consulting and litigation across various sectors, including tax, regulatory, environmental, and corporate law. Currently serving as Coordenador Jurídico - Tributário e Concorrencial at Votorantim since May 2019, Diego leads teams in managing complex legal issues, conducting due diligence for M&A transactions, and implementing innovative risk mitigation strategies. Previous roles include Senior Attorney positions at OAB SP and CPFL Energia, where Diego oversaw high-stakes litigation and regulatory compliance efforts.
