Luiz Chaves has extensive experience in leadership roles within the mining and metallurgy sectors, currently serving as Diretor Superintendente at LGA Mineração e Siderurgia since 2009. Prior to this position, Luiz Chaves held the role of Diretor de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional at Votorantim and Votorantim Metais from 2003 to 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational development.
