Tom Donlea

Tom Donlea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electronic payments and digital fraud prevention, having begun their career in 2006. They co-founded the International Association of Pickleball Facilities in 2024 and serve as a Partner at Allyiz, where they help solve complex challenges for online merchants. Previously, Tom was the founding CEO of the Merchant Risk Council and played a pivotal role in its expansion across Europe and Asia. Tom holds a B.A. in Business from Loras College and has advised numerous NGOs and startups throughout their career. Currently, they are also a Vice President at Vouched and an advisor at the Worldmaker Resilience Institute.
