Darius Kavaliauskas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Darius started their career in 2010 as an Apple product sales manager at Informatikos Pasaulis, where they provided strategic consulting and managed Apple hardware sales. In the same year, they also worked as an "iTeam" Leader at Omnitel, organizing knowledge sharing events and managing team members.

In 2011, Darius worked as a developer at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. Darius then joined Barclays, where they held multiple roles from 2011 to 2018. This included positions such as FLDP (Future Leadership Development Program) Technology participant, Mobile team manager, and Head of Rise Vilnius and VP Open Innovation. Darius'sresponsibilities at Barclays involved project delivery, team management, recruitment, process establishment, workplace improvements, and iOS development.

In 2017, Darius co-founded Scale3C, a company specializing in software development, app development, and product design. As the COO and co-founder, they focused on building unique and engaging experiences across various platforms.

Darius continued their entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Vow Health in 2020, where they served as the CEO. Darius also worked as the CTO at Anton & Partners during the same year.

Throughout their career, Darius has demonstrated their expertise in software development, product design, team management, and innovation within the fintech and technology sectors.

Darius Kavaliauskas completed their secondary education at Mažeikių Gabijos gymnasium from 1999 to 2007. Darius pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Vilnius University from 2007 to 2011. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Modeling from Vilnius University between 2011 and 2013.
