Rafael Campos

Rafael Campos is a seasoned professional in venture capital and impact investment, currently serving as Diretor de Venture Capital and Venture Capital Principal at VOX Capital, where the focus includes energy tech, climate tech, and financial inclusion. With significant experience in startup acceleration as the Acceleration Program Director in São Paulo and Mentor at the Founder Institute, Rafael coordinates programs and mentors entrepreneurs. As an angel investor with Anjos do Brasil, Rafael specializes in environmentally impactful startups and has previously co-founded TRUH., a D2C startup. Rafael's extensive background at Bosch Brasil includes serving as Country Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing, successfully launching solar and water heating operations. Educational qualifications include a BBA in International Business from Texas Tech University and a Master's in Applied Business Economics from FGV.
