Heather Shoon

Heather Shoon is an accomplished product design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and shaping audience experiences. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Vox Media since June 2019, Heather has progressed through various roles within the company. Prior to Vox Media, Heather held multiple design leadership positions at Birchbox from 2013 to 2019, including Director of Product Design and Creative. Additional experience includes roles at Behavior, LBi IconNicholson, WDDG, Atmosphere BBDO, and Amalgamated, showcasing a strong background in visual and interactive design. Heather earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2005.
