Michael Kestenbaum

Michael Kestenbaum is an experienced executive in corporate development and strategic consulting, currently serving as SVP of Corporate Development at Vox Media since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kestenbaum held the same title at Group Nine Media, which was acquired by Vox Media. Kestenbaum worked as an independent consultant and private investor from January 2016 to July 2021, advising large corporations on mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting startups with growth strategies. Past positions also include SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Nexstar Digital LLC, various leadership roles at IAC, and board director at Points.com. Kestenbaum began their career in finance with analyst positions at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston. Kestenbaum holds a BA in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry and Psychology from Yale University.
