Ryan Simmons

Ryan Simmons is an accomplished multimedia professional with extensive experience in video production and direction. Currently serving as the Lead Director of Video & Multimedia for Secret Base at Vox Media, Inc. since November 2015, Ryan creates original content for a prominent YouTube channel. Prior experience includes producing editorial and sponsored video content at Hearst Digital Media, freelancing as a video editor/animator for Meredith Corporation, and managing video production at Townsquare Media. Additional roles include video editing at New York Post and freelance work for notable organizations such as Guggenheim Museum and Maxim Magazine. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Penn State University, earned in 2009.
