Doug Chinn

Doug Chinn has over 40 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Doug began their career in 1973 as a Systems Technician and Data Information Staff Clerk at Pacific Northwest Bell. In 1983, they moved to AT&T as a Systems Technician in the Enterprise PBX Systems Deployment Team. In 1984, they became Partner/Owner and Vice President of Marketing - Products and Services at ACT Inc (Advanced Communication Technologies, Inc) and NorAm Telecommunications. Doug then joined Xeta Technologies in 2000 as a Sr Project Manager in the Northwest Region. In the same year, they became Vice President - Telecommunications Division - Products and Services at Technocom. From 2005 to 2011, they were Director of Operations - Enterprise Communications Group and Director of Operations - Western Region at NETVERSANT Solutions III LLC. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Windstream as Staff Manager - XCaaS/UCaaS Implementation Services and Project Manager - Service Delivery and UCaaS Implementation, as well as at Quagga as a Project Manager. Most recently, they have been a Senior Project Manager at VOX Network Solutions since 2020.

Doug Chinn received their Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oregon between 1970 and 1973. Doug studied Genetics and Chemistry. From 1969 to 1970, they attended Portland State University and studied Biology and Chemistry. Lastly, from 1985 to 1987, they attended Portland Community College and studied Business Management Administration.
