Customer System Engineer at VOX Network Solutions

Frank Chin has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1971, when they started as an Installation/Repairman at Pacific Telephone in San Bruno, Calif. In 1987, they moved to Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Customer System Engineer. In 1997, they joined Avaya as a Customer System Engineer, where they were responsible for DSIC installation and installation of Avaya PBX systems from Small Systems to VOIP Systems (currently Rel. CM6. X using System Platform), as well as Octel Voicemail and Avaya Modular Messaging. In 2019, they joined VOX Network Solutions as a Customer System Engineer.

Frank Chin attended Skyline College in 1970, studying Communications.
