Renee Gut

Renee Gut is a seasoned professional in the contact center industry, currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Solutions at VOX Network Solutions since December 2018. In this role, Renee is responsible for the Contact Center Go-To-Market portfolio, providing strategic account support, sales enablement, and technical design configurations, while managing relationships with manufacturers, service providers, and third-party vendors. Prior to this position, Renee accumulated extensive experience at Avaya from 1990 to 2008 as a Contact Center Consultant and in Product Management. Currently, Renee's practice includes expertise in both legacy premise-based enterprise systems and contemporary Cloud UC and CCaaS solutions.
