Maja Pavlovic is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Recruiter at VOX SOLUTIONS since July 2023, Maja develops and implements effective recruiting strategies while managing local HR operations. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sportserve from September 2021 to July 2023, Maja was responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple continents, sourcing candidates for both IT and non-IT roles, and collaborating with hiring managers. Maja's career began as an Online English Teacher in a freelance capacity from March 2016 to September 2021. Maja holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Singidunum University.
