Kaushal Sharma is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in various manufacturing sectors, specializing in pigments, paints, and quality management systems. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at VOXCO Pigments and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. since January 2020, Kaushal oversees business operations and handles project approvals, legal, and corporate affairs, achieving Ecovadis certification. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at Mehul Electro Insulating Industries, focused on water-based and marine paints, emphasizing business development and compliance. Kaushal's extensive career at Asian Paints spanned over 17 years in roles such as Senior Manager Administration, Manager Quality Support, and Production Manager, where responsibilities included managing commercial and regulatory affairs, implementing ISO systems, and achieving production targets. Kaushal's initial career at HARDCASTLE & WAUD MFG CO involved overseeing production activities. Kaushal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University.
