Vishakha Kadwadkar is an experienced professional in the INK and PAINT industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager QA QC at VOXCO Pigments and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. since June 2023. With a strong foundation in Chemistry, obtaining a BSc from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Paint Technology from ICT Color Society, Vishakha has accumulated over 10 years of expertise in Quality Control and Research & Development. Prior roles include Group Lead at Roha Simpsons from June 2017 to May 2023, Lab Chemist at ABC Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. from August 2012 to June 2017, and R&D Chemist at Organic Coatings Ltd. from July 2010 to June 2012, focusing on various aspects of quality and product development within these organizations.
