Linda Camara Buswell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Linda is currently working as the Production and Product Quality Chief at VoxCroft Analytics, where they are responsible for driving product development, data management, resource allocation, and fostering collaboration for technical innovation. Prior to this, Linda worked as the Advancement and Communications Manager at AIMS South Africa, where they built and maintained the public image of the organization through strategic advancement, communications, and public engagement. Linda also served as the Operations Director and Data Science Project Manager at Grai Labs, overseeing administration, finance, marketing management, and data science projects. Linda's previous experience includes working as a Communications Advisor at AIMS - Next Einstein Initiative, a Fundraising & Marketing Manager at Breadline Africa, and a Senior Account Manager/Account Director at Sheppard Day. Linda started their career as an Account Manager at Thumb Design/Nettec. Throughout their career, Linda has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

Linda Camara Buswell has a diverse education history. Linda completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in journalism, obtaining an NDip from Tshwane University of Technology from 1994 to 1996. In 1993, they studied towards a Bachelor of Journalism at Rhodes University, focusing on journalism, English, philosophy, and drama. Linda completed their high school education and obtained their Matric from The Glen High from 1987 to 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Linda has also obtained several certifications. In January 2019, they completed a Crash Course in Data Science, Building a Data Science Team, Data Science in Real Life, and Managing Data Analysis, all from Coursera.
