Topher Dick has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. topher began their career in 2001 as a UNIX Systems Engineer at Resource One Computer Systems. In 2002 they joined Sterling Commerce as a Lead Software Engineer, where they were promoted to Lead UNIX Systems Administrator and then Senior UNIX Systems Administrator. In 2007 they moved to Click4Care as the Director of Information Technology and Lead Technology Architect, where they were responsible for transforming the customer infrastructure organization. In 2012 they joined BPL Global as the Director of Information Technology, and in 2014 they joined Pillar Technology as a Dev Ops Engineer. In 2016 they joined Honeywell as the Sr Director, IT, Software Solutions Business Partner. In 2019 they joined DataRobot as the Lead Platform Engineer, and in 2022 they joined Voxel51 as the Principal Engineer.

Topher Dick obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Franklin University in 2014, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. topher also obtained a Bachelor's of Science from Franklin University in 2013, with a field of study in Management Information Systems.
