Lily Aranovskaya

Lily Aranovskaya has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and art direction. Lily currently holds the position of Lead Product Designer at Voximplant since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sberbank as an Art Director from November 2019 to February 2022, where they successfully launched an applicant tracking system that became the second most popular in the Russian market.

Before their role at Sberbank, Lily worked at Yandex as the Head of the b2b design team and as a Senior Product Designer. During their tenure, they managed a team of eight people, contributed to the recruitment and mentoring of designers, and supervised various projects such as Yandex. Toloka, Yandex. Tracker, and Yandex Telephony.

In addition to their time at Yandex, Lily also worked as a Product Designer at Wild Apricot Inc., where they modified the emailing module of their web-based software. Lily worked on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to improve user experience.

Prior to that, Lily worked at NowMedia as the Head of Design Department and as a Designer at a digital agency. In these roles, they designed responsive websites, e-mails, banners, and other online interfaces. Lily also handled print-based layouts, graphics, logos, and digital presentations, taking projects from concept to execution as an art director.

Lily began their career as a freelance Web and Graphic Designer, honing their skills before transitioning to full-time employment in the industry.

Lily Aranovskaya attended the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Industrial Design and Product Design.
