Dhivya Radhakrishnan

Dhivya Radhakrishnan has a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing. Dhivya worked at VoxSmart as the Global Head of QA, overseeing the entire QA and release process and introducing continuous integration and delivery practices. Dhivya also built a new automated testing framework targeting complete automation. Prior to that, at Proofpoint, Dhivya served as a Senior QA Engineer and DevOps, leading a team in building an automation testing framework and driving cutting-edge QA technologies across the company. Dhivya also led the QA effort for Proofpoint Protection Service, from conception to release, and developed a scalable test framework providing code coverage and quality metrics. Earlier in their career, Dhivya worked at Sybase as a Quality Assurance Engineer, leading critical migration projects and driving performance enhancements. Dhivya also led the development of automated tests and a dynamic web application for monitoring Sybase ASE product performance. At Infoblox, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer, designing test plans, replicating and verifying customer-reported issues, and testing new product features.

Dhivya Radhakrishnan pursued their education in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. Dhivya completed their Bachelor's degree at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering from 2002 to 2006. Later, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University, studying from 2008 to 2010.
