Debra started their career as a marketing coordinator for a small events company. Debra quickly rose through the ranks and became the Director of Marketing for Crosschq, a company that provides software and science-based solutions for talent acquisition. During their time at Crosschq, Debra was responsible for launching seven new products during the pandemic.

In their most recent role as Director of Marketing for Smart Meetings, Debra has again proven their ability to lead and innovate. Debra has created and run the company Email Marketing Calendar, served as the main copywriter for marketing campaigns, and has secured attendees for all events through email marketing and social media. Debra is a proactive thinker who is always looking for ways to save the company money.
