Ernesto Zarraga

Ernesto Zarraga has over 15 years of work experience in the fields of project and client services management. Ernesto began their career in 2005 as an Implementation Specialist and Project Manager at Voxware, where they were responsible for the installation, project management, training, customization and ongoing servicing of the company's Voice Management Suite (VMS) Solution. Ernesto also led project management for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. In 2015, they moved to Healthcare Financial, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they reviewed project proposals and plans, determined time frame limitations, and allocated resources to various phases of the project. In 2016, they took on the role of Client Services Manager at ClinicalBox, Inc. In 2018, they returned to Voxware as a Senior Project Manager.

Ernesto Zarraga attended UMass Boston from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Ernesto then attended Fisher College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General.
