Brandon Culberson is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in instructional design and training facilitation. Currently serving as a Senior Training Quality Consultant at Voya Financial since March 2015, Brandon has developed and implemented engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees across various formats. Prior experience at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. includes roles as Manager of Area HR Management Training, Training Manager, Product Knowledge Information Manager, and Technical Trainer, where Brandon played a crucial role in developing training processes, managing performance evaluations, and leading training initiatives tailored to organizational needs. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from Berry College.
