Brian Cruess

Brian Cruess is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in solution architecture, automation, and enterprise architecture across various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Voya Financial, Brian leads the Solution Architecture and Test Automation teams. Previous roles include significant positions at The Hartford, where Brian directed enterprise architectures in claims and middle market segments, and established automation capabilities at multiple levels. Brian's career began at CIGNA and includes roles in various companies focusing on application architecture and system design. Brian holds a Master's degree in Industrial Technical Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University.
