Dave Pierson

Dave Pierson has extensive experience in operations management and implementation within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Operations Director for Premium Administration at Voya Financial since August 2017, Dave has also held roles such as Operations Manager for Data Consulting and Configuration, National Account Implementation Manager, and Senior Implementation Manager. Prior to joining Voya Financial, Dave Pierson worked at The Hartford from January 2009 to July 2017, where roles included Implementation Manager, LTD Team Leader, and LTD Analyst. Dave Pierson holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education from St. Cloud State University, achieved between 1998 and 2001.
