Heather Lavallee

Heather Lavallee serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Voya Financial, with a tenure beginning in March 2011. In this role, Lavallee oversees various aspects of the Tax-Exempt Markets business, including strategy and operational performance. Additionally, Lavallee leads Voya Cares, a program aimed at improving retirement outcomes for Americans, especially those with special needs. Prior positions include Regional Vice President and General Manager at ING Employee Benefits, as well as a sales role at Sun Life Financial. Lavallee has been a board member of the National Down Syndrome Society since October 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College and an advanced education from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
