Jeremy Wiley

Jeremy Wiley is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Director of IT and Director of Software Engineering at Voya Financial since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jeremy held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Benefitfocus, where responsibilities included managing teams focused on infrastructure, security, and development within ACA compliance and Decision Assist products, following the company's acquisition by Voya Financial. With a background in security management, Jeremy previously led security operations at Tango Health, Inc. and played a key role in technology integration during acquisitions at both Tango and Benefitfocus. Earlier career experiences include significant positions at Bank of America as AVP Systems Engineer and as a consultant with RKH Consulting. Jeremy holds degrees in Information Technology and Networking & Systems Administration from the University of Phoenix and Texas State Technical College, respectively.
