Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for Retirement at Voya Financial since October 2015, Karen focuses on enhancing awareness and engagement among distribution partners, plan sponsors, and retirement plan participants. Prior roles include Chief Business Marketing Officer at JP Morgan and President of Karen Eisenbach Strategic Consulting. With a robust background at Nationwide Financial Services, where Karen held various leadership positions including VP of Marketing and VP of Market Strategy and Planning, and earlier roles at National City Bank, Karen has consistently demonstrated expertise in business strategy, development, and marketing education in the retirement market. Karen earned a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University.
