Roz Chapman

Roz Chapman currently serves as the Director of B2B Marketing Strategy for Retirement at Voya Financial, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Roz was the Corporate Vice President of Financial Wellness at New York Life Insurance Company from November 2022 to October 2024. Roz’s extensive experience at Prudential Financial included multiple director-level roles focused on participant solutions, growth marketing, and strategic communications from November 2014 to June 2022. Roz also held various leadership positions in marketing at Voya Financial, The Hartford, SEVEN Networks, Quiver, Inc., Tavolo, Inc., and Fast Engines. Roz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
