Sarah Thacker

Sarah Thacker serves as the VP of Enterprise Claims at Voya Health Solutions and has been with Voya Financial since April 2017. Sarah has a diverse background in underwriting, having held multiple roles including Regional Director for Supplemental Benefits and AVP positions focusing on Group Life and Supplemental Health Underwriting, while also being recognized as a recipient of the LIMRA Rising Stars of Innovation in 2018. Previous experience includes key underwriting roles at Continental American Insurance Company, overseeing complex group voluntary products for large employer accounts. Additionally, Sarah is a board member of the Dup15q Alliance and has an educational background with a B.A. in English from Clemson University.
