Shelby Christian

Shelby Christian, CPP, is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as the Director of Payroll Services at Voya Financial since May 2022. Previously, Shelby held positions in global payroll at Sonos, Inc., and directed HR operations at Tufts University, where strategic leadership was provided in collaboration with HR and IT on payroll systems. Additional experience includes overseeing payroll departments at Presidio and Bain & Company, managing payroll processing and tax compliance across multiple states and Canada. Shelby began the career in payroll management with roles at Babson College, GN Netcom, HELLO DIRECT, and served as Controller at Grassroots Campaigns. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Portland.
