Youssef B'Lal

Youssef B'Lal, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and vendor management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Voya Financial since May 2015, Youssef leads the Joint Venture Transition Office. Prior to this role, Youssef held several positions at Allianz Life, including Vice President of Shared Services and Senior Director of Vendor Management/Strategic Planning & Analysis. Youssef's career also includes a notable tenure at Ameriprise Financial as a Vendor Manager, and an earlier role as a Manager at World Vision.
