Madhu Besta is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in financial services and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Operations at Voya India since May 2023, Madhu previously held various managerial roles at Consero Global from February 2016 to May 2023, including Delivery Manager, Senior Manager, and Engagement Manager in the Order to Cash and End-to-End Finance & Accounting domains. Prior experience includes working as a Manager - Record to Report at Genpact from March 2008 to February 2016 and as a Senior Process Associate at Accenture from October 2006 to February 2008. Madhu holds a degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
