Radhika Dorairajan

Radhika Dorairajan is currently the Head of Data and Analytics at Voya India. Prior to this role, they served as the Sr. Director of BI at Epsilon, where they also set up competency for Database and BI in Epsilon India. Before Epsilon, they held the title of VP - BI Delivery at Equifax and NettPositive, and Asst Vice President of Business Intelligence at Regions Financial Corp. Radhika's career started as a Database Architect at Satellites Unlimited Inc. and an Associate Software Engineer at Konica Minolta printing Solutions U.S.A., Inc. They also worked as an Intern in Quality Assurance at Konica Minolta printing solutions. Radhika holds a Master of Information Science from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
