Erik Swords has over 20 years of experience in investment management. Erik most recently worked as a Lead Portfolio Manager at Voya Investment Management starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Newton Investment Management Group for 17 years, where they held the role of Senior Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Before joining Newton, Erik worked as an Analyst at Exis Capital Management for a year and as a Senior Research Analyst at Pilgrim Baxter & Associates for three years.
Erik Swords attended Conestoga from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, they enrolled at Lehigh University and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2001.
