Patti Boss

Patti Boss possesses extensive experience in the legal sector, specifically in private credit and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Private Credit Legal at Voya Investment Management since June 2002, Patti has previously held the title of Vice President in Private Placements, Legal at the same firm. Prior to Voya, Patti gained valuable experience as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Hebb & Gitlin. Patti holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School (1990-1993) and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Smith College (1985-1989).
